This morning on our second Community Friday the kids had their first all-school capoeira class! We’re excited to work with Project Commotion to provide this awesome movement education every week.
The rest of the day was spent in exploration of the space and ideas.
And making and enjoying community lunch.
After lunch, we were visited by expert Keith Wilson, a filmmaker, who showed us his fifteen-minute documentary The Shrimp, the story of a shrimp’s life in Savannah, Georgia. He answered questions about the film’s production and the secrets of its making.
Then it was time for closing circle and the end of the day. No school Monday – see you Tuesday!
