Tuition Assistance

We are committed to inclusion and strongly believe that economic diversity benefits the experience of all students and families at the school. Brightworks makes tuition assistance a priority in our school’s budget, and currently around 40% of our families receive tuition grants, which vary depending on each family’s need.

Brightworks uses the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS), a third party program that helps us assess each family’s ability to pay for school tuition. Applicants are required to submit their 1099 forms, their 4506, 4506T, or 4506T-EZ, and state tax return. Please read more here about the tuition assistance application process. The number to submit documents to Brightworks is 9218. Questions and additional information can be directed to tuition@sfbrightworks.org. Applications for tuition assistance are due through the SSS website by January 18, 2019 for consideration.

We are also proudly supported by the BASIC Fund, a financial aid non-profit that supports low-income students applying for the first time to private schools.

Brightworks dedicated to providing tuition assistance to our families. Though our available tuition assistance for the 2019/2020 school year will be limited, we encourage families who are experiencing financial hardship to fill out a tuition assistance request form.
