Earth Day Clean-Up

In celebration of Earth Day, Brightworks students planed and executed an event to remember. The whole community came together to care for the space right outside our doors and the land we are fortunate enough to occupy.

Across the school, students participated in cleanups — and together, we collected over 24 bags of trash plus a car tire (1!) from the areas surrounding our school.

With gloves on and eyes open, students took pride in restoring the spaces they walk through every day. These efforts were not just about picking up litter — they also reminded us that even small actions, done together, can have a big impact!

We’re proud of our students for stepping up, taking action, and showing care for the planet — one bag at a time.
